The Nomad Archive is an online art store selling original paintings and art prints. All orders are subject to these Terms & Conditions, which may be updated at our discretion. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via our designated payment provider. Your payment details are processed securely and are not stored by us.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. Any pricing errors will be communicated to you before your order is fulfilled, and you will have the option to confirm or cancel.

Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Prints 

Due to differences in monitor calibration and print processes, colors in the final product may vary slightly from what is shown on screen.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within the timeframe specified at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We take care to package all artwork securely. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details on eligibility, process, and timelines. In summary:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
• Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• Original paintings are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending anything back.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the artwork. We will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution. We do not offer refunds on damaged items as a first resolution — our preference is always to make it right.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, text, and other content on The Nomad Archive website remain the intellectual property of The Nomad Archive and the respective artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written consent.

Purchasing a print or original does not transfer any copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.

9. Accounts

If you create an account on our store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nomad Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability in any matter related to your order shall not exceed the value of the order itself.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our store after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
