Shipping and Returns

Our Promise

Every piece that leaves The Nomad Archive is handled with care. We want you to love what you’ve chosen — and if something goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this stage, The Nomad Archive ships within Egypt only. All orders are fulfilled and delivered domestically within 5-7 business days.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged — whether from transit, a printing defect, or a packaging failure — we will replace it at no cost to you.

To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send a photo of the damaged item and its packaging to [contact.thenomadarchive@gmail.com]
  • Keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved

Once we confirm the damage, a replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days. If the same print is no longer available, we will offer you a full refund or store credit — your choice.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive a print that is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

Because each print is produced to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. We encourage you to:

  • Review the product dimensions carefully before ordering
  • Use the size guide on each product page to visualise the print in your space
  • Reach out before purchasing if you have any questions — we are happy to help

Colour Variation Notice

Screens display colour differently. There may be a slight variation between what you see on your monitor and the final printed piece — this is normal and not considered a defect. We work closely with our print partner to ensure colour accuracy, but we cannot guarantee a pixel-perfect match to every screen.

If colour accuracy is critical for your purchase, contact us before ordering and we will do our best to advise.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. After 12 hours, your order will have entered the print queue and cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email us at [your email address] as soon as possible with your order number.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. We will notify you by email once a refund has been processed.
